Become a founding member
The first 30 plumbers we verify in each city become founding members.
Pro rates, no monthly fee for 3 months. Just 5% on labour and call-out, never on materials, with a £10 minimum per job. Your 3 months count from when your Callout app account is verified.
Your full call-out paid upfront. Customers pay when they book, so no-shows and late cancellations still pay you. Cancel 12–24 hours ahead and half the call-out is yours; under 12 hours or a no-show and it's all yours. Callout keeps only the customer's £2 booking fee.
No quiet start. Get fewer than 3 jobs in your first 30 days and we'll extend your founding period by a month (once). We'll let you know by email and in the app.
50% off Pro for 3 more months if you choose Pro on our website before your founding period ends: £49.50/month for your first 3 monthly payments (then £99/month). Billing only starts when your founding period ends, so you never pay twice. A month before it ends we'll email you and send an app notification. Choose Elite instead and Elite billing starts straight away. If you don't choose a plan, you move to Starter for new bookings and we'll email you.
Permanent “Founding member” badge on your profile.
Paid automatically. No chasing invoices. Money goes straight to your bank. Get paid every Monday. Elite: paid daily.
After your founding period
Pick the plan that suits how busy you are. Your call-out includes travel, diagnosis and the first hour; you set your own price and quote anything beyond the first hour plus parts.
